Firefighters are taking advantage of the warm weather tonight! Crews are practicing skills on drafting, utilizing master streams and hose appliances at the Town of Clarence pond on Main Street. While fire hydrants are plentiful around our fire district, we practice drafting operations so our drivers can refresh on the technique of grabbing water from other sources such as: ponds to help fight fires when hydrants might not be readily available.
